Time of delivery of cards: This may very depending on the art work that is need for the card. Normally we can get a gift card printed and sent out within two weeks of ordering them. Please account for additional time for Envelopes, Signs or Graphic Artist schedule.

Theft and Fraud: CorporateGiftCardPrograms.com cuts down on theft and fraud by having a unique code that is created for each card. This code is done in a series and is almost impossible to duplicate since it is randomly generated at time of printing the cards.

Lost Cards: Once the cards have been sent out and received by our client it is their responsibility to account for the cards. The card is activated (like cash) at this point and must be given the same respect. In the event that cards are lost or misplaced we will be able to cancel and reissue cards for a minimal charge. For this very reason we take great care in making sure that the delivery of the cards is done with much care. Usually delivery requires a signature.
